We provide comprehensive Learning and Vocational Evaluations to clients of all ages. In addition, we consult to schools, churches, hospitals and business organizations. Consultations may be on a single occasion, such as a public speaking engagement or a training event. We also provide on-going consultation on a contractual basis.

Developmental and Learning Evaluations

Comprehensive psychological evaluations are available for preschoolers, students of all ages, and individuals who may benefit from accommodations for college admissions testing. Learning evaluations can help determine what school is best for your child.

Vocational Assessment

In the 21st Century the demands for post-secondary schooling are greater than ever. However, with 10,000 career fields from which to choose, it is difficult to know what career suits your interests and aptitudes. Vocational testing can help you understand your talents and find your niche.

Marriage Enrichment Retreats

Even healthy relationships can be improved. We offer seminars and retreats to help couples improve their collaboration and increase their intimate connection.

"Partnership" is a program designed to optimize the unique, ongoing relationship of a couple. Marital drift and loss of emotional connections are the true opposites of love and commitment. Viable, passionate connections throughout a lifetime are our birthright as human beings. A commitment of one’s time and energy is vital to a working coupleship. The Partnership Program has been designed as four personal sessions to achieve increased intimacy in couples.

"Relationship Enhancement Retreats" are two day events held at the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa, allowing for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. Retreats are appropriate if you want to:

• Enrich a good relationship
• Restore the passion and connection that you desire
• Help a new relationship achieve more depth
• Determine if your distressed relationship can be salvaged

Retreats are led by a team of senior staff from Family Psychology Associates who have devoted their training and clinical experience to marriage enrichment. Retreats are held every few months, so contact the office to find out the date of the next retreat.

Staff Training in Schools

We consult with public and private schools to help faculty make accommodations for students with special needs. We also provide curriculum to improve social skills and reduce bullying.
